whether fresh examination in cheif can be filed by the complainat after cross is over on the same points which he has been already cross examined . But not in reexamination

the court will not allow you to cross any new topics.. you may cross about the same which is taken on re examination.. thats all

No re examination allowed in this case.

Sir,
No fresh chief examination affidavit will be permitted by court on point in which already cross examination was over. But still you can ask for re-examination by re-calling yourself to let in evidence on those points which were omitted in the chief examination affidavit filed by you earlier.
