As you have already filed an application please let me know whether the same has been allowed or not. Secondly what sorts of documents you have to establish your case. Remember initiation of a case is very easy but proving the same is a real tough one. As according to our system no one should be convicted unless and until his guilt has been proved beyond any doubt. For financial relief you should knock the door of civil courts. For details visit www.rajarshibhowmik.webs.com.
