My legally married wife has been abducted by her parents and relatives and given a forceful 2nd marriage with another one.
I have move 156(3) and allowed. case has been started by the said PS U/S 365,366,506,120B & 497 IPC.
After recovery of my wife, may i meet her before taken her statement U/S 164 CrPC. Is there any process to meet her immediately after recovery, if she also want it.
Please help.
