Dear sir,
My husaband grand father had one son and 4 daughters.In that 4 daughters younger one is my husband mother. My husband mother expired in the year 1976 at that time my husband is a one year boy.In 1985 my husband grand father ( deceased mother father ) expired .After the expiry of grand father all my husband uncle and aunties (deceased mother brother and 3 sisters) taken the land of my husband grand father.At the partition time they ignored the share of my husband and even till date they haven not given the share.After the expiry of my husband mother they ignored my husband and they have not mainten the relation ship with my husband. when my husband contacted his uncle about his share in the land his uncle given the reply you are not eligible for your share. not necessary to give you the share. Bcoz you are my father daughter son, daughters or deceased daughter son are not eligible to get the share. When my husband asked if the daughters are not eligible to get the share from father property then why my mothers other 3 sisters taken the loan then, no reply from them . When my husband enquired about the land details my husband found that his uncle shared the land to his two sons which came from his father means my husband grand father. Experts plz give give me the advice weather my husband is eligible to get the share or not and what to do now and what is the procedure.my husband grand father does not wrote any will and not given any direction about the property partion.Plz guide us.
