My name is Rajesh and maine abhi apni study complete ki hai Oct. 2009 main mujhse ek accident ho gaya tha jisme ek Aadmi ko Chot lag gayi thi. Unhone mujh par Ipc 279 ke according Case kar diya tha court main. Humari car ka FULL INSURANCE tha isliye unhe Company ki taraf se pura claim bhi mil gaya hai 1.15 lakh ka. Or jis aadmi ko Chot lagi thi wo bhi bilkul thik hai ab. Lekin ab wo Compromise nahi kar rahe or bol rahe hai k hum compromise nahi karenge or Faisla Court hi karegi. Toh please anyone tell me k agar court apna decision deti hai to wo kya hoga or agar meri koi govt. job lagti hai to kya usme koi problem ho sakti hai future main by this case. M very depreesss please help

Hi Rajesh,
Conviction under section 279 IPC (fine-sentence)will not effect even if someone is in govt employment.I agree with Expert Chataya !
Although circumstances of the manner in which the occurrence took place may have irked the injured,you better approach him and tender apology to satisfy his ego.
Next step that take,file application for Plea Bargain under the Cr.P.C.writing all these circumstances like insurance claim etc & seek mercy.Court can release even on obtaining a bond without sentencing him to fine or imprisonment.In that case (i) trial will not lost long & (ii)Court will be lenient also & (iii) injured's ego will also be satisfied.
