It was just a small argument between someone who also stays in same apartment and not paying maintanance fees.. so we was just asking him about maintenance part and he started using some bad words and so we went back to our work...

You cabn take anticipatory bail and also file Criminal Revision Petition against false criminal charges/FIR under section 482 Cr.P.Cr.P.C in Sessions or High Court or file A WRIT in HighCourt Against your opponents including the Police to quash the False and untenable FIR against you so as to quash them under Section 482 Cr.P.c or Through Writ in Highcourt.

If he was not paying the maintenance charges then in what capacity he you had gone to him?

whether society takes any action or not?

whether any complaint made to the registrar against society?
