Dear sir/ Ma'am
One person has wrongly implicated me my wife and one of my employee for causing injury by sharp veapons and the section by plocie in the fir are 324, 506 and 34. Now i have entered in a compromise with the injured complainent. He as given me affidavit that he has no grouse aginst me and the he was injured by some unknown perons and that he does not want to gte the matter further investigated aginet me and my wife. Now what should i do i have been advised several methods as follows:
1. Go for regular bail after arrest. 2. Go to higher police official and give an application for reinvestigation and the produce the affidavits. 3. go for anticipatory bail and produce the affidavits by a counsel hired for them injured.
Please advise me how we can save ourselves from arrest and this fir can be cancelled or quashed.

if you have entered into compromise with the complainant you cna move high court for qashing the complaint .

Before moving HC, you get AB, as the police may hound you to extract money.

IF THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETED YOU CAN APPLY BEFORE THE TRAIL COURT AND COMPROMISE THE SAME. IF NOT COMPLETED THEN APPROACH THE INVESTIGATION OFFICER HE WILL ASCERTAINING THE SAME AND REFER THE CASE. THE LAST OPTION IS TO GO TO HIGHCOURT.

In West Bengal 324 is bailable so no need for Anticipatory bail. You get the sworn affidavit of defacto-complainant deposited with the IO and request him to close the case . Alternatively you secure bail, wait for charge-sheet thereafter compromise in Court.
