Hello Lawyer's:

My Son aged 22 year's is facing charges u/s 326,366.

He was arrested last week,we did not get time for AB.He has spoiled his life due to wrong actions of his.He has confessed his crime,all done after a friend(girl) broke up relation.

Anyway,he's currently in 5th semester of college(Civil Engineering)& Sem end exams are starting on December 4th.

Is there any way of him attending exams?

Also can I get him some special facilities inside?
He's lodged in Kalamba Jail,Kolhapur.

File another AB and this time pray for it from high court in examination ground.
The AB of this offence is mostly allowed.
