Kindly advice on the following situation:
1. An application has been moved before the Hon'ble H.C. u/s 24 of CPC fransfer of RCR Decree execution case to wife place.
2. Wife did prays for 340 application's transfer which was arouse from the said RCR EX case.
3. If worse happens RCR Ex case transferred to her place where she has filed divorce during pendency of the above case. Probably both cases court will be same.
4. She also has filed private complaint case u/s. 406 & 499 of IPC which is pending now.
5. Many necessary documents in my hands for 340 applications.
Kindly advise under such circumtances what will be my strategy.

Sorry point no. 2 wife did not prays for transfer of perjury case arouse out of RCR Execution case.

if court pass transfer order, fight the cases according to law.

When whole case is transferred, interim applications like 340 etc. automatically get transferred. Generally such transfer is accepted.
