Hello my brother got married in 2014 and her wife had sum kind of mental issues we asked from her parents they registered a case under section 377 ipc 498-a medical is negitive still police arrtsd him and he got bail after 11 days please tell me about if there is any chances of conviction...

Your brother is stated to have been granted bail after 11 days of custody, did you loose faith in the lawyer you/your brother had engaged for securing his bail out? If so, change him immediately. Otherwise, he is an intelligent and able person to sail you/your brother through the case and you are required to pose faith in him and act according to his advise/guidance.

Do not jump for second opinion and advise of experts on the basis of the fact that it is available FREE OF COST.

Vague academic query!

About your question, "please tell me about if there is any chances of conviction...," you could better have gone to some astrologer to predict. I don't think any one of the legal experts is also an astrology expert.
