WEATHER ASKING MONEY THROUGH ON MOBILE PHONE BY THREATENING MANNER IS AMOUNT TO 384 AND 386 I.P.C WHILE NO MONEY HAS BEEN DELIVERED

crime is crime however it execute or under execution if evidences are there to prove same in this mattar !
