420 lady cheating and fooling people for money

A lady Scarlet Fernandes was caught and put behind bars for 12days in the year April/2010 under police custody,then was left on bail making an false affidafit showing that the person who she was staying with, was her husband who was actually not her husband at all,
nor on papers also ,she cheated 15people,out which 8people name came in the news paper,she had taken money from people telling that she had to pay gift tax 9%,for the amount that she was to recevie from the london property,actually she had put the money in lottery,
2 person from bombay was also caught and then left on bail later,now it will be nearly 2yrs still her date is not come in court........i had applied for my fir copy, the cop incharged got angry and threatened me and told me that he will put saukari case against all of us
,and told me that all the papers are submitted to court,go to court,is there any way that this lady can be punished for the offence that she commited,that cop told me that she is innocent and she gave the money to third person,but i told him that she took the money from us,
who she gave it we are not bothered,then i told that cop that the person who she was living with was not her husband nor on papers also,that cop told that since she was in living relation with him from 3yrs which was a lie,we cannot do any thing...........he was an nir and he would come once in a year from london......
actually that cop ate a lot of money from her,while she was in police custody.......90 grams gold was found and 5000 dollars was got but nothing was shown in the PC recovery.......what can be done how can we still get her in trouble,i had gone to court to find out about the case date,
bhau saheb told me that 2007 and 2008 case are still going on is that true i dont know does it take so much time.......please suggest what can be done because we have not got any summon from the court also for the hearing not even once.......this was our hard earned money and we had pounded gold also to give her that money,
please help..........

Go to court and get the copy of chargesheet.
You can also file a fresh FIR against this lady.

Criminal Proceeding takes years.

Police job is over as soon as they ate as much as they can.
What interest Police have now to continue criminal case?? They don't get anything.
Whenever somebody complain, it is lottery for Police., not you.
YES, YOU CAN GET COPY OF CHARGE SHEET FROM COURT, but you have no right to prosecute her. It depend on Police/ PP / to call you as witness, or not.
