Dear Experts,

In short:

I live at Meerut and I got married in 2014 and the marriage was only for 2.5 months, thereafter she went to her father's house and filed a suit on me of 498a, 125 CrPC, Domestic Violence and Dowry want back case.

Today have gone more than 3 Years and living with anxiety, depression, mental pressure & unexpected problems only.

Can anyone let me know the Best Advocate (Specialists) for this case in Meerut????????

It would be mercy on me if anyone provides me the right advocate contact details.

Regards

You can search locally.

Even best lawyer can not do miracle immediately, procedure has to be followed and such cases take time.

Try for mutual consent divorce and get the matter settled.

Court will try to join both of you, as such it may take its own time.

Your local lawyer can answer your question in person.

For the referral of lawyer in Meerat, I am not in a position to help you, I am from Chennai.

Let us wait.

Your own family/well wishers/near and dear ones etc can also guide you to a very able counsel of unshakable repute specializing in Family matters.

You can also visit Family Court and inquire.

Well advised by experts, I agree and nothing more to add except the fact that contest the case(s) if you cannot make some amicable settlement with your estranged wife/ in-laws.
