(Querist) 16 July 2012 This query is : Resolved 
FIR under section 498a,323,324,504,506 and 3/4DP against five family members; police filed Final Report; Complainant filed Protest; ACJM ordered to treat the protest petition as complaint; statement of 200,202 done, ACJM ordered summon to all 4 accused; under 482 filed for quash of summon, meantime 3 appeared in court, released on bail; HC sent the matter to mediation center;mediation failed; HC disposed the application of 482 stating same day hearing of one accused and reverting back to trial court. Query
1. Can i file for revision in High Court against summoning order?
2. Is there any possibility of getting relief like 'to stop proceedings' from supreme court?
3. Any other advice at this stage, at least to safe the married sisters, jija from trial or other best advice...

it is better to contest case on merits . apply for exemption for perosnal appearance for the relatives . high court is generally reluctant to quash case unless strong primafacie case is made out
