AB may be grant and after AB police can not arrest you. Try to settle the matter amicably if possible otherwise fight the case on merit.

After getting AB, apply for regular bail from trial court and then after investigation, the challan shall be produced before the court. You shall not be arrested once you get AB. Nothing can be commented about AB as the bail is the discretionary power of the courts.

Dear All,
Thanks for your reply and guidance.
we applied for AB
Against our application of AB court
passed a order in which the police will not arrest us during the investigation.
When arrest warrant will raise police (the investigation Office) will inform us and will give us the 5 days for bail.
The court said that we can apply for AB during these 5 days.
is it Ok for us or should we again apply for AB.
Please suggest us.
