Hello All

Is anticipatory bail good for a person facing 498A,406, 506 complaint etc.

Whether it has positive impact or negative impact on inquiry officer's mind regarding the person applying for anticipatory bail

Do AB is worth applying or not.

It depends upon the facts of the case whether to apply for AB or not. It is neither good nor bad for applying this and similar answer is for IO.

In nutshell, each and every case is unik in its nature and it is the matter of FIR which is taken into consideration what to do so there is no definite reply to your vague question.

It is definitely worth applying for AB.
The mere application for AB has nothing to do with the negative or positive approach of the court, it is your right to apply for such thing.

A right to make an application for anticipatory bail is a statutory right and the investigating agency has no right to create a negative impact on its mind. You are protected by the fundamental right to liberty. To hell with IO.
