Sir, I have got Interim bail from P&H High Court and have to join Investigation this week. There is no condition of recovery etc. in the Interim Bail order.
Now, IO is demanding that I should come along with all the things which pertains to my wife.
Sir, Kindly guide that whether IO should come to my house and seize the items or I myself should submit those items as demanded by IO.
Is IO favoring them by saying me to come with all the items as other party doesn't possess any bills for those items.
Please guide, which path I should follow. What will be best for me to get Interim Bail converted to Absolute bail. Thanks

No insist IO to visit your house so that the de facto complainant comes and identify the objects.
There is no question of yourself bringing the articles to PS to for seizure.

It depends, I took all the material to PS for depositing in Maalkhana even before the bail was granted.
