A case under section 498A/406 was filed against us. The husband secured a regular bail in 2010 but the other accused approached the HC for Quashing FIR which granted 'Stay from Arrest'to them.
Now the Chargesheet has been filed and summons issued by the CJM court. The opposite party has approached the HC to vacate the 'Stay of Arrest' which would be vacated normally as Chargesheet is filed and as a trend the HC dont quash FIR.
what are the chances of getting bails for the co-accused who are on 'Stay of Arrest' even if the other party objects to granting bail.

I agree with the expert. Since the main accused has been granted the bail. The co-accused will be granted bail without being taken into custody.
