Sir,
My brothers wife filed 498A and DVC now is is about 5years till he is paying the maintenance amount monthly I have a doubt when the women is educated then is it necessary to pay and next is how to go for fast track and quresh the case sir. please advise.

if court has passed orders for interim maintenance your brother is bound to pay .

whether charge sheet ahs been filed in 498Acase ? without going through case papers difficult to advise . fght case on merits

Consult local lawyer and show him all the papers.

DVC case and 498A case are two different issues. Maintenance shall have to be paid till whole life or till re-marriage of the wife of your brother.

Criminal case shall get disposed off after conclusion of whole trial.
