How to compromise in 498a case with wife when FIR is not registred and case is at fwc.There wil be written compromise?? What wil b written in compromise. Wil I automatically b accepted as guilty if written compromise is made? What things should b taken care in written compromise. Does compromise is done by police?

Compromise is to bring her back not divorce.

Best for you is to discuss this matter in details with some experienced divorce lawyer or marriage counsellor.
These issues cannot be explained here in public forum as there are so many things to be worked out between both where the past is to be kept aside and new life to begin. Look at the time of marriage the differences those arose latter on could not be predicted but now after everything has happened than these issues have to be taken care and worked out in a proper manner.
As far admission of any past mistake by you will be condoned by your wife and in future those will not be raised, so no question of using any admission made by for prosecuting you in future under 498a IPC.
