My wife filed 498a at ssp office . I am on contract job. If i wil be regularised before FIR ,can police give clearance certificate to me . What wil be scenario after FIR is filed against me. Does that affect my regularisation?? I m from punjab thanks.

Complaint under section 498A IPC definitely is registered as FIR.
Contract job in government departments remain so not regularised unless there is specific rule regarding the same in the particular government department.
