my grand mother is living with my uncle. from the past 2months she is not feeling well and she is not able to move. but my aunt is not at all seeing my grand mother and not evening giving proper food to her. near to her house there is our family friend and she told to my mother and her sisters that if we bring my grand mother to her house then she will look after her and give the proper medical attention regularly.

when we discussed this with my aunt she told that if we take our grand mother to our family friend house then she will keep a case under sec 498A. but there is no situation happened to file a case u/s 498A.

as result my grand mother is suffering as my aunt is not looking after her. even she is not giving proper food. and we are unable to keep her in our family friend's house also.

now please tell us what we have to do. what step we have to take.

You also have the same relation with your grand mother. Why dont you bring your grand ma in your house instead of keeping her in your family friends house?

You go directly in your uncle's house and bring your grand ma and provide all her needs at her this time.

YOU MAY BRING YOUR GRAND MOTHER TO YOUR HOUSE AND TAKE CARE TO INFORM THE LOCAL POLICE ABOUT THE SITUATION.
ONCE YOU BRING HER TO YOUR HOUSE YOU MAY MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS FOR HER MEDICAL AND OTHER NEEDS AND SHIFT TO ANY PLACE OF YOUR CHOICE.
