498a bail

I am a victim of false 498a,She does not lives with me for 1 years , i have send several letter
(mentioning the date she has left our home/registered with Ad ) to come back ,after 11 month she have filed 498a/406/34.
I got interim bail with condition of attain police station twice a week, i have complance the
court order , will i and my parents get permanent bail ? or is there any chance of arraist again ?

As long as you keep complying with the court's directions - there is no risk. However parents atleast should have got permanent anticipatory bail as per the trend and new interpretation of anticpatory bail.

Thanks you for your advice,i have got bail till 02/05/2013.
My wife is now telling through lawyer to set the matter mulually
out of court.Thanks a lot for your advice

My Dear Sir ,
i am a false 498a victim , at a suddent night at 2 p.m police arrest me,before that i never face police
or court, besides that opposit party lawyer is continiously theating me to make me arrast aging.
I am software professional , do not law,i asked several query in this forum .Expert has help me and my family
to get rid of trauma.
I wanted to know what can be ? how to cop with the situation .I thanks to Mr.ajay sethi,
Mr. Bharat Chugh mostly, who has help me out of my mental situation
I never wanted to asked query to get any points or i was no intention to disturb any expert.
Expert gave me the clear idea all of my query , now i am confident to fight my case
For you, this forum may be for arguments and disarguments , for people like us it works
as lifeline
I am sorry if i have broken any guideline of this forum and thanks to you to make me remember
the same ,but i have never got any legal advice from you
In future i will remember this forum is made to debate among lawyer not to help the people who
