AP Hyderabad MM court says, even though compromised arrived & staying together more than 6 months. Procedures like minimum 18 MP's (Member of Parliaments) have to come together for closure.
Not sure what he really said / meant?

Is there a such special procedure only for people of AP?

how are 18 MP"s relevant? your query is not clear . what have MP to do with closure of your case

guessing the court wants the both party roam around for some more time on some other pretext. any comments?
Now is there any time limit for closure of 498a

The court must be joking.
It can surely closed by quashing or by evidence.
