498a & crpc 125

My wife gave statement (Examination in chief) in 498A case in court which is contradictory to her CrPc 125 Maintenance Petition. Can I use her that 498A statement in CrPC 125 case.

If Yes, how can i take official copy of that 498A case statement. Thanks

The contradictions made in examination or cross examination can be used by the accused person to his advantage.
