498a framing charges

In 498a next stage is for framing charges .In chargesheet IO has submitted a supplementary statement of wife ,which mentions additional false allegations .Now does the court consider the supplementary statement while framing of charges or relies only on FIR ?
Wife appeared on last date an asked the court to allow her to submit some additional evidences .Court asked her to come on next date .Is wife allowed to submit any application at this stage ?

In charge framing stage the wife can not file any document..The court will consider the merit in supplementary charge sheet.

The court would look into the merit of supplementary statement, your lawyer should oppose the admission.
