(Querist) 10 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
My Case Summary :

Marriage Date : 16th Feb, 2010 in Jhansi, UP. We belong to Mumbai, Maharshtra

She Left my Home in Mumbai, Maharashtra : 18th March, 2011. No Kids

Section 9, RCR filed in Mumbai : After sending the Legal Notice for the desertion
FIR registered in Jhansi, UP : 24th Jan, 2012

Section Frame against me and my Family : 498a, 504, 506, 3/4

Mediation Failed : 6th Aug, 2011 in Jhansi, UP as per Allahabad HC Order. I was on Interim Bail till Mediation proceedings.

Regular Bail Granted : 6th Oct, 2012.

Please suggest answers on my below questions :

1. Can i apply for the Transfer of Case?
2. Should I go for the Divorce ? Yes/No with Reasons.
3. How I can minimize the Maintenance claim?
4. What could be other party further course of action?
5. Any other counter case I can file to safeguard or protect my interest?

UR DIVORCE U KNOW BETTER : Reasons also u know
3. How I can minimize the Maintenance claim? Prove she is working , Earning, u do not hv a sufficient income to mtn urself and ur dependent parents/ sister./ no home etc...
4. What could be other party further course of action?

Send her notice that u love her a lot and pl come bk. no violence, u r safe , will keep you healthy and happy. , become father quickly. reside separate. go for councillors / whatever applicable & easy

the mistake you made was applying for RCR . you should have gone to her native place reasoned with her . case cant be trasnferred to bombay .

now if she does not want to come back go for divorce by mutual consent .
