sir i got regd marriage 2008 and the traditional marriage in 2010 hardly 10 days i stayed in india my wife left to hyd after i left.she joined me in july 2011 after coming to australia after 3 days she was caught speaking to someone hours together.i asked whom she is speaking she kept mum,when i asked my dad to verify the no it was of a counsltant.when confirm asked who he is.she simply said i am in love with him before marriage.when i verified throughly her emails they r in deep love.i have taken print out of emails/her lover photo now she reached india she booked me n my mum/dad 498 and dvc they r out of bail plz advice

rely upon evidence gathered by you to fight false cases . your wife will have to prove the allegations made in 498A / Dv case .
in case your wife loves another man opt for divorce by mutual consent

First take bail and then fight the case on merit.
It would be a good case for Quashing since the lagged offence must not have happened in India.

You should go to High court seeking quashing of FIR on the basis of material available in your hand and also file a petition seeking divorce on the ground o cruelty.
