Hi. Recently I went thru third round of mediation in HC. I signed an agreement with opposite party, in which I have to search job outside pune with in six months, where I'm staying in my parents house from last 30 years.I' m not ready for this, but I signed only to get AB. Please help! Also in agreement it is mentioned that my wife will quash FIR only when she accompany me outside pune.

If you do not comply agreement then quashing may be refused.

My case already disposed by honourable judge in HC. Shall I start collecting false proves that I already applied outside pune, but with no luck?
