498a & suicide threat

In period of 7 years,in 2 different (hyderabad) PS 498a was compromised in two different time period, a wife takes sleeping pills demanding for immediate divorce case withdrawl. But OP withdrawn after family court kept for observation for few monhts.Now later after few months she again taken pills alleging the fidelity of the husband & various other past reasons.
Now mother in law threatens to son in law that , he has to find out the root cause why her daughter wants to suicide and work for solution otherwise she would write to the police.
Meanwhile mother in law takes the wife to psychiatrist & doctor after investigation prescribed her for 4 weeks, some medicine to forgot the past. But all the medication/doctor fees/charges are to borne by husband & prescription is kept secretly with mother - law.
What can be done by husband under these 7 hard/suffering years tenure's false 498a/compromise cases, suicide threats ?

Husband should filed a complaint before police or other competent Authorities like NCW, NHRC, regarding this issue.it will be helpful in future

you take your wife to another psychiatrist . obtain his written opinion .
consult a marriage counsellor to save your marriage . if situation dosent improve file for divorce

Really a very tough condition for a husband in such situation. If try for saving marriage legal complication may arise.

Litigation shall have to be defended before the concerned courts through your lawyers and no concrete suggestion can be given to you except have faith in your lawyers.

The martial discord once started can only be solved mutually. No legal or other intervention can sort this out.
