No moral turpitude in conviction in section 304 b ipc

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 26 March 2025 This query is : Resolved
Any judgements or authorities in which moral turpitude is not involved in conviction in 304 B, 498 A for reinstatement in service .
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 26 March 2025
Moral turpitude, while not explicitly defined in law, generally refers to an act that is considered morally wrong or reprehensible, indicating a lack of honesty, justice, or decency.
Courts have consistently held that a conviction under Section 498A IPC constitutes an act of moral turpitude.
The rationale behind this view is that the act of cruelty, as described in Section 498A, is inherently against justice, honesty, and good morals.
However you may look for the desired judgement either by searching in the internet or through your lawyer

You will have to research, there is nothing for spoon-feeding.
