506a case is pending against me and my mother which was filed my my wife. i got bail. We didn't apply bail for my mother.
The police also didn't take any action.
The charge sheet was not filed yet(FIR filed 4 months back).

can the police alter the FIR copy now and submit the charge sheet(like removing my mothers name from FIR)?
can i travel foreign ?.. do i need to inform any before leaving India?

What if i stay with an unmarried lady ?...

The Police need not later the FIR. It can if after making investigationg nothing incriminating against your mother then it can give Final Report in respect of your mother.
If there is no specific order of any court which debars you to move out of this country then there is no impediment on your foreign travel.

you mother's name can be omitted in charge sheet if nothing is found in investigation against her. For travelling overseas you need no permission but keep a track of your case so that you are able to appear on the date before the Court. If you stay with an unmarried lady you may be liable for legal action.

Police can omit your mother's name from charge-sheet if did not found any evidence against her.
you can go overseas without the permission of the court as there is no condition on your bail like that but keep available on the date fixed for the appearence.
you can stay with any unmarried lady, no legal action can be taken.
