Dear Sir,
i want to know that in my agriculture land 7/12 extract which is under dispute there is written in marathi "hastantrit naa honare" in owners column. why it is written so? Also that is not inaami or Wakf property.

That means not transferable and you need to move for its' correction if that is wrongly endorsed.Engage a revenue lawyer locally.
