7/12 names

My uncle expired in 1984. We have the info abt his 2 sons but not abt the 2 daughters. we want to remove his name from our 7/12 and wants to add his sons n daughter's names.His 2 sons are here with me but not his daughters. Boths daughters died b4 some years n no one knows where r all their relatives. What to do to add his 2sons name only.

GET THE DEATH CERTIFICATE OF UR UNCLE,WITH waras dakhala CONTAINING HIS SONS NAMES GET ENTERED IN 7/12 BY TALTHI. by the way where is the property situated?
