Father purchased house. Father & mother expired. Out of 10 legal heirs 8 heirs residing outside the house (other states)want to sell the house, 2 heirs residing in the house do not want to sell. What to do. Partition suit should be filed separately or together. If filed by 8, residing outside of the house, individually or together how much court fee stamp is to be paid by the 8. (10 persons are the legal heirs of the house - such certificate issued by the Tahsildar is with everybody) Guidance, suggestion and advice is required
