Is 80ic is available where no direct sale from theeligible unit bt through its various branches situated in other states?

Section 80 IC provides deductions from Taxable income, of the profit of an eligible unit, situated in a specified state and having commenced manufacturing of Articles specified in Schedule XIII within the stipulated period. It requires manufacture of Articles or Goods from the eligible unit, for sale. Sale through Branches situated outside specified State also form part of the Sale if such Goods are produced/Manufactured from Eligible Unit.
