99 year of lease agreement of land in vangani?

i was purchase the open land(5000sq.ft) in vangani located near Badlapur in april 2011 for 99 year lease basis i want to know how i brought it under owner ship, under this right can i construct the super structure on this land pls guid me any other document is require to make safe this land from other claims.

it is lease not ownership . you are mere lessee . please go through the provisions of lease deed . generally there must be a caluse that you have to furnish sanctioned plans , obtain lessor consent before constructing . consult a local lawyer

Generally lessee gets all rights to raise permanent constructions over the land under lease as per provisions of lease agreement/deed, Instead of moving here and there, carefully read the terms of the deed and you have to follow the terms in letter and spirit and have limited scope to move therefrom.

You can construct building, rent out the Flats and shops.
Agreement for Ownership will clearly show, it is a lease hold land for 99 years.

but shroff sir will some one be agreed on the lease deed whether during in 99year of long period land may comes under owner ship if yes then in what condition...........pls give advice

Ownership of Flat with condition of land on lease.
I am dealing it in Mumbai, where a lease hold land was built up y builder, and rented out collecting pugree, that covered up his construction cost, and profit. Lease rent automatically paid by Tenant's rent.
And now building is 45 years old, in dilapidated condition need redevelopment.
It is specified in Lease Deed, that was Registered.
It is practical. it works.
All have to vacate and give peaceful vacate possession of Plot of Land , on end of Lease period, i,e 99 years, and we do not know, what our 5th Generation will do?? or Inda will survive, or change Laws by that time ?? Lots will be changed , we won't be alive to see the result of it. Hong Kong??

but i heard about the vacant plot that if it remain open for the long period i.e.11year or more it is a time limit in that period no one claims arise then that land become the property of the person who living there.........is there any law regarding the land in india for mumbai suburb area.
