Sir, My husband has filed a case under 9HMA at Gwalior but I am not in a position to appear there because my daughter is mentally retarded and get mental shocked many times in a day. I am also not in a position to bear the convenience/fair/lodging charges to go to there. Sir, I want to know whether the upcoming case may be transferred from Gwalior (MP) to Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) Please help and suggest me.

SIR, WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET THE 9HMA CASE TRANSFERRED FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER STATE. PLEASE LET ME ADVISE ALSO THAT HOW COULD I GET LEGAL AID FROM SC. WHETHER I SHOULD PRESENT PERSONALLY OR I CAN GET LEGAL AID THROUGH CORRESPONDENCE WITH SC. PLEASE CONFIRM THE ADDRESS WHERE TO APPLY FOR THE SAME BECAUSE I AM TOTALLY UNABLE TO SPEND ANY THING TO ATTEND THE CASE PERSONALLY OR THROUGH ANY PRIVATE LAWYERS. LOOKING TO MY INABILITY ONE CAN HELP ME WITHOUT ANY COST.
