such construction is with connivance of local JE. You complaint to Chief Vigilance officer of DDA.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 08 December 2012
A detailed complaint should be made to the officials of DDA and if they do not take any action in the matter then move to high court under writ of mandamus.

आप सुचना का अधिकार अधिनियम का पर्योग करके अपनी शिकायत पर की गयी कार्येवाही का विवरण प्राप्त कीजिये और आगामी कार्येवाही उसी उत्तर के अनुसार तै कीजिये

You want the experts to frame RTI questions without seeing the papers.

If the opposite party take stay order then you have to file intervention and pray for vacation of stay.

Hello Sir,
MCD has reported that As per the report by EE(B) The above said property has already been booked under section 343/344 of the DMC Act.

Mr. Diwakar,

You seem to be much in a hurry to get some construction demolished, but reason of your hurry is not clear. You have done your job and the case has already been registered u/s 343/344 of the DMC Act, as per your own description. Now wait for the result.

Let the MCD do its own job in the way the law allows them to work. They can't immediately start destruction, nerely with the reason that you have complained. The have to satisfy themselves by proper investigations. Your haste may not make them work superfast by applying shortcuts or ignoring the process prescribed for them, as neither they are your subordinates, nor they have only one job with them just to pick up the hammer and start moving to the site to demolish some construction immediately on receipt of a complaint.

You have already submitted your complaint to Dy. Commissioner of Delhi(MCD) and the Director Vigilance (MCD. Although you have stated MCD and CVC can't help, but you have not quoted any reason for your apprehension or belief, while on the contrary, you have also stated that as per report of the EE(B) the above said property has already been booked under section 343/344 of the DMC Act.

I just ask you a question, being a web developer, can you develop a full fledged website within a day or even a week from the conceptual stage to the commissioning stage of a website by getting all necessary things or approvals got done from several inter-linked agencies?

So, when you know that the case has already been booked, what is the use use of unnecessarily stretching the thread. You must have some patience to watch for the action from the concernd authorities. If you are so impatient and in a hurry, why don't you hire a bulldozer to start demolition by yourself on behalf of the MCD.

When the case has already been booked, you can at the most remind the concerned authorities to expedite the case.
