A case under 403 ipc by ps in fir

NBW was issued on only A1 by PS sources FIR charge sheet details was not aware to A1
A1 got bail Surrendering infront of judge obtained bail and collected charge sheet

in the sheet his parents were also included as A2, A3 are A1, dad, mom

now is there need of getting bail for A2,A3, were the court given a next hearing date 8months from today
if there is any other way kindly inform me

a1 was not aware of charge sheet been filed till he got telephone via police saying non bailable warrant has been taken

If the charges sheet is pending against a2 and a3, then they too need to get enlarged on bail.
