A class fascility in prison

whether every convicts in the prison shall be treated alike or whether a person like ex-minister is entitled to any special benefits like " A CLASS FASCILITY " in jails, on conviction ?

In Jail Manual, certain classes have been defined entitled for A class facilities.

Only classes 'B' and 'C' are defined in Jail Manual.An Ex-Minister is entitled for 'B' class.

my question was with regard to a very recent judgement " VS ACHUTHANANDAN VS. BALAKRISHNA PILLAI, in which, the kerala ex-minister BALAKRISHNA PILLAI was convicted and sent to jail by our supreme court, on an appeal prefered by the present cheif minister of kerala, VS ACHUTHANANDAN, as a third party.
