A suicide by a boy

Respected sir, my friend X(age 25 years) was in love with the boy Y(age19 years) since last one year or so.
Boy Y was constantly pressurizing girl X for marriage. but boy's family members were not ready. Girl's family was not knowing anything about what they were cooking. They were talking on phone regularly. Boy was of same caste as of the girl. Both families were close to each other. Boy was regularly coming to meet the girl at his house. Girl's family was not having doubt on that boy.
Boy committed suicide as girl refused to draw tattoo of boy's name on her hand. Because boy told that he don't have faith on girl that she will marry her.
On the day of suicide, boy called girl several times and told that he will commit suicide if he will not draw tattoo last call at 5.15 in evening. Girl did not take it seriously. Girl after finishing her job at 6.30 On evening girl called boy 2 times but as boy was dead his phone was not ringing, as boy damaged phone before committing suicide. Girl reached at her home at 7.00 p.m. Girl was threaten due to this and asked boy's sister to come at boy's home at 7.15. When girl reached at the boy's home at 8.00 p.m. Boy was hanging at fan, door was not locked, lights were off and tv was on. As girl was in fear she could not decide what to do. In an attempt to save boy's life, She burn the thread of fan where he was hanging and due to this, boy fell down due to what boy got injury on his head and started bleeding. Girl called ambulance service immediately meanwhile girl tried to sprinkle water on boy's face so if faint he can be awoken. She forgot her dupatta at there which was in blood of boy came out due to injury. Meanwhile boy's sister came and both the girls with body went to hospital. Where hospital said boy is dead. Post Mortem report told that boy was dead by hanging. Boy's family stated that it was murder not suicide and blamed the girl.
Sir whether my friend is having any fault in this case or not.??
What can we do in this case?? Guide me.

Consult a local criminal lawyer. There will be lot of implications in the case and I do not think this forum can assist you properly without knowing full facts.

The police must have been investing the incident.
If not then file a petition before the Magistrate and ask for investigation. The mAGISTrATE CAN MONITOR THE INVESTIGATION AS WELL.

The lady (a 25 year old is not a girl) has a lot to answer. Let law take its course. The narration, on the face of the facts, warrant the police to take cognizance.

post mortem report indicates death is due to hanging .the boy hanged himself because girl did not draw his tatoo on her body . mobile calls exchanged between the deceased and girl need to be investigated . detailed investigations are necessary in the case . it is hardly a case of murder .
