There is no time limit and it shall work till you get regular bail from the trial court.

Yes, now AB remains in force until you go to trial court for regularisaiton.

AB does not last till end of the case. When once an order of arrest is issued, the accused should obtain regular bail in the trial court. Only till such time the AB works.

AB is valid till there is no arrest and after that you have to file for regular bail

It is always advisable to get regular bail immediately in order to avoid any unforseen circumstances. Though S.S.Mhatre's case of Supreme Court says it shall be valid till trial.
