About 406a and 498

i have got decree of divorce on 5n0v2012 now she has filled appeal in highcourt and now i just came to know that she has put a complaint against me under 406 and 498 in lower court.. plz suggest me that what should i do to save me and my family members

if once get divorce, she is lost her liability out of wedlock relationship, if she again file false complaint, we should check how she had made the complaint.

how can she proof of domestic violence is she need some proof or only base of her own statement

Engage a local lawyer and oppose the move.

Such criminal case is not maintainable now when the decree of divorce is in effect. Go to high court seeking quashing of FIR.
