sir,
i am a law garduate and now wondering to join an advocate's office as his junior. sir, i want to know about duties and liabilities of a junior. guide me about what to do as a junior. non of my family member is a lawyer. that's why i am feeling very helpless...
Just do the works entrusted by your senior with care. If you dont know the work or you have any doubts you can approach your colleagues or other seniors and get yourself clarified. Slowly as days pass by you will learn the profession very well.
Whatever Mr.R.R.Krishna has stated I would like to add this: In the law chamber/office of your senior you are supposed to learn the drafting, doing legal research, court procedure, client interface and court craft.
All the very best in all your future endevours.
Best Regards
Daksh

Enrol yourself in the Bar. Join an office of the senior who encourages his juniors to learn. Jumping into the river is best method to learn swimming. Without inhibitions, you need to learn sincerely and hard work pays.
