Hello sir im saperate from my wife from last 9 years and i dont know where is my wife and now im in canada and want to apply divorce can i get ex party dovorce if i couldnt find my wife and how long to get divorce do i need to get divorce if my last marriage was not registered

Did you get remarry without obtaining a decree of divorce? If your (first/real) wife comes to know this fact you will be in thick soup as it would attract punishment for bigamy.

If you are separate for the last 9 years, file a divorce petition in Canada and obtain a decree, it is valid in India.

If at all you are genuine and had filed a Police Complaint before 9 years as you say after 7 years it self the Court would have declared her as No More.Now go and give an Police Complaint of Missing with News Paper advt and mostly she would come back to you Or wait Patiently for another 7 years
