about home loan

Hello all, as of now I am inn with a home loan in ICICI as of now i am in abroad till six months now the bank recovery agents are forcing me to close the acount,in this stage what leagally can i take precautions against this.suppose if they file against me in dc court will i be able to move it through my family members or any advocate can do this .please do assist me .waiting.for

If the loan was applied for in a joint name then the co-applicant can initiate legal action or defense. Though your constituted attorney can file or defend a case in your absence, at the time of giving evidence your physical presence can not be dispensed with.

First of all you keep on depositing EMI regularly without any break so that this may be shown a positive effort on your part and secondly appoint any person as your GPA so that he may look after all litigation and allied matters on your behalf and may even engage any counsel as your GPA, if needed.
