Dear sir,
i want to know some advice from you
i am married person from last 1.5 year i have a 4 month old baby
my wife went to her home from last 1 month
but jab me use lene gaya toh uske bhai ne or paap me mujhe or meri mumi ko maara
or dhamki di hai ki tujh pe 3.0 lac rupee ka case karenge dahej ka
mujhe batao avi me kya karu yeh log mujh pe jhoot case kar sakte hai..........

agar aap ko mara tha then aapko police complant file karna tha .
agar aap ki biwi aap ke paas nahi aana chati hai then you cant force her

Try to take help of relatives and common friends to save marriage.
Find out the reasons why she don't want to come, try to accept her demands if possible and acceptable. Don't bring your ego in between.
If not possible, explore the possibility of mutual consent divorce.

will be too early for thinking of divorce because it is just a month after she went to her mother's house. Hence, wait for her to return, alternately wait for her to return on her own after sending her a legal notice to return so that the time of she leaving the matrimonial house can be evidenced through this notice at a later stage.
