how many standing committee are allotted for village panchayath .is health and educational standing committee a part of village panchayath or district panchayath.are the members of this committee from district panchayath only.what are the power and responsibilties of this standing committee.
also plz mention the duties of chairman of this standing committee. kindly reply please

a complaint was filed against me[headmistress aided school]that i did not take nacessary action for spreading of measels . i informed the ospital and doctors visited and gave medicines. educational standing committee chairman complained that he was not informed about the spread of the disease.as per my knowledge i think my school is under the disrict panchayath and not the village panchayath. now plz refer the previous message and reply plz sir

Your school do not come within the jurisdictional rights of village Pachayath rather it comes within Zila Panchayath.
