anshul let me tell what replication means in legal terms.
Suppose A files a civil suit (plaint) and B is the defendant therefore B will file Written Statement.
Now in order to rebut the allegation of B in his written statement and to clarify his own stand A will be given an opportunity to file Replication.
filing of Replication will ensure completion of pleading thereafter the evidence will start.
